Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30,PH31-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands includes postcodes: BT, GY, IM, JE, TR, PO.

Dispatch of Goods
Dispatch is usally next day if the order is received before 2pm; Delivery times Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.00pm.
If the item is temporary out of stock we will contact you via e-mail or telephone explaining reason for delay.

Deliveries
All deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
If a delivery is visibly damaged on receiving of goods you should sign for them as ‘damaged’. If unable to check the contents of a delivery you should sign for them as ‘unchecked’
You should report any damages or shortages within 2 working days to Discount Cash Registers. Discount Cash Registers may be unable to act on reports received after this period.
Delivery dates and times are promises giving in good faith by the Company to indicate an estimated delivery time, but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated. No liability for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery will be accepted by Discount Cash Registers.
Returns
Dead on Arrival (DOA). On receiving your new purchase and it is non functional we will replace your item free of charge, You have 2 working days from receiving the item to report the DOA.
Repair within the guarantee period (12 months). Please contact Discount Cash Registers (DCR) for a Returns Number. The forwarding charges are shared (you pay the charges for delivery to DCR and DCR pays for charges for the return)
Any product sent back to the Company must be complete with serial numbers, the Company’s invoice details and full details of any faults. Credit for replacement will not be issued until defects have been agreed by the Company. Goods should be returned quoting original order number with the appropriate returns note. In no circumstances will goods which have been mis-used, damaged or defaced in any way be accepted for credit.
Products which have found to have no faults or where the customer has simply changed their mind will be refunded, subject to a 30% + VAT restocking charge.
