Main Features
The MA-600 is part of the legendary range of TOSHIBA TEC Electronic Cash Registers, renowned for quality, reliability and low cost of ownership. With an ergonomic design, in cool black and available with either flat or raised keyboard, the MA-600 is flexible enough for the widest variety of retail or hospitality environments.
Displays
The MA-600 boasts three displays, two LED displays (one colour) and an interactive LCD display. The 192 x 64 dot backlit LCD display is designed for clarity and ease of programming, interactive help screens assist in guiding the user through set-up procedures.
Thermal Printing
High-speed thermal printing is achieved via the 2 station receipt and journal clam-shell printers. With easy to use, drop and load functionality these printers minimise down-time whilst at the same time improving customer throughput. In addition thermal printing ensures quieter operation, flexible receipt options (logos, text, size), enhanced reliability and lower cost of ownership - no requirement for costly ribbons.
PC Interface
Although the MA-600 is a standalone machine it has the capability to communicate with a PC (via the optional USB port) so that it can be integrated into an existing back-office. As a stand-alone cash register the option of a programming keyboard facilitates programming tasks – creating products; price changes; tailoring receipts etc.
